What we collect

When you send a service request, we collect the details you type in: the service you need, your vehicle's year, make and model, your town and optional location details, how soon you need help, your name, your phone number and any notes. We also record the page you sent the request from, the time it was sent, and basic technical information (such as your browser type and IP address) to prevent spam and abuse.

Your request is delivered to our phones through a private push-notification service and a backup copy is stored in our secure database. We do not sell, rent or share your information with marketers.
